Our Quality Procedure

Before production begins, we inspect raw materials, finished materials, and accessories & trims to confirm they meet buyer specifications and quality benchmarks.
Pilot runs identify potential process risks early. This is followed by pre-production inspection, continuous in-line quality checking, review of in-line reports with corrective actions, and pre-inspection during bulk production.
Fabrics and materials are tested through internationally recognized laboratories such as SGS, TUV, UL, AQM, and Intertek. Detailed test reports are provided strictly according to buyer specifications and compliance requirements.
